PinkRide (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the PinkRide passenger mobile application and the PinkRidePilot partner mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Apps”).

  • PinkRide – Passenger ride booking application
  • PinkRidePilot – Women partner application for ride operations

B. Location Information

For Passengers (PinkRide)

We collect location data while the app is in use to:

  • Enable ride tracking

For Partners (PinkRidePilot)

We collect location data:

  • While the app is in use (foreground)
  • While the app is running in the background when the partner is marked as online

This is necessary to:

  • Match partners with nearby ride requests
  • Enable real-time trip tracking
  • Update availability status
  • Maintain safety and route monitoring

Background location access is used only for active service operations.


Safety-First Service Model

PinkRide prioritizes partner and passenger safety at all times. In particular:

  • Partners/ drivers will not be dispatched for scheduled rides without prior passenger verification.
  • Additional safety checks may be conducted before first-time scheduled rides.
  • PinkRide may require additional information where deemed necessary for safety reasons.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide ride booking and matching services
  • Calculate fixed fares
  • Facilitate navigation
  • Improve service reliability
  • Ensure safety and fraud prevention
  • Communicate service-related notifications

We do not sell personal information to third parties.


4. Data Sharing

We may share limited information:

  • Between passengers and partners (e.g., name, vehicle details)
  • With service providers supporting platform functionality
  • With legal authorities if required by law

We do not share data for advertising purposes.


5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data.

However, no digital system can guarantee complete security.


6. Data Retention

We retain personal information:

SECTION 2: PASSENGER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Description

PinkRide provides fixed-fare ride booking services operating on pre-evaluated and pre-identified routes.

Service availability may vary by location and time.


2. Eligibility

Passengers must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate registration details

3. Booking & Fare

  • All fares are fixed and displayed before booking.
  • No fare negotiation is permitted.
  • Additional stops or route deviations may incur additional charges.

4. Scheduled Rides (If Applicable)

For scheduled rides:

  • Passengers must book in advance as specified in the app.
  • PinkRide will make reasonable efforts to assign a partner.
  • Assignment is subject to partner availability.

PinkRide does not guarantee availability for all scheduled requests.

Mandatory Pre-Verification for Scheduled Rides


For safety and service integrity reasons, PinkRide operates scheduled rides only after prior verification of the passenger.

Scheduled rides will not be confirmed unless:

The passenger has been contacted by PinkRide support, and

Basic identity and ride details have been verified.

PinkRide reserves the right to decline or cancel any scheduled ride request if verification is not completed successfully.

This policy is implemented to ensure the safety of partners and passengers.

5. Cancellation Policy

Passengers may cancel a ride before the partner arrives.

Cancellation charges may apply if:

  • The partner has already been assigned
  • The partner has arrived at the pickup location
  • Repeated cancellations are detected

PinkRide reserves the right to restrict accounts for misuse or repeated cancellations.


6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
  • Treat partners respectfully
  • Not engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct
  • Follow safety guidelines

PinkRide reserves the right to suspend accounts for misconduct.


7. Limitation of Liability

PinkRide acts as a technology platform connecting passengers and partners.

PinkRide is not liable for:

  • Traffic delays
  • Route changes due to safety or road conditions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

SECTION 3: PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS (PinkRidePilot)

1. Eligibility

Partners must:

  • Be verified women partners (as per platform policy)
  • Hold valid driving license and required documents
  • Complete platform verification

2. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Keep vehicle documents valid
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Operate only when marked online
  • Follow pre-identified operating routes

3. Availability & Status

Partners are responsible for:

  • Updating availability status accurately
  • Maintaining active internet and GPS connection while online

Failure to maintain connectivity may result in temporary suspension.


4. Ride Acceptance

Partners:

  • May accept or decline ride requests
  • Repeated cancellations after acceptance may affect account status
  • Must complete accepted rides unless safety concerns arise

5. Earnings & Payments

  • Fare is fixed as displayed in the partner app.
  • Commission structure (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
  • Payments will be processed as per platform schedule.

6. Safety & Conduct

Partners must:

  • Ensure passenger safety
  • Avoid misconduct or harassment
  • Comply with all local transport laws

Violation may result in permanent deactivation.


7. Account Suspension & Termination

PinkRide may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
  • Unsafe behavior
  • Legal non-compliance

GENERAL TERMS

PinkRide reserves the right to:

  • Modify service areas
  • Update fare structure
  • Amend policies with notice

Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
